At Vanguard Seats & Services Inc., we want you to feel confident about your purchase. You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Refund Options

• Order Cancellation (before shipping):
  • Refund issued with a 3.7% processing fee.
• Return (after delivery):
  • Refund issued after the item is received and inspected.
  • A 3.7% processing fee applies + 10% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

• Return shipping costs, brokerage fees, taxes, and duties are paid by the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Repack the item securely in its original box and packaging.
2. Ship the item back to our return address.
   • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
   • To save time, we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method (credit card).
• The refund amount excludes:
  • Shipping costs
  • Brokerage fees, taxes, and duties
  • The 3.7% processing fee
